Roger F. writes and performs politically engaged songs about individualism, the repercussions of budget issues within artist collectives, white men with guitars, the apocalypse, and capitalism in general. What was already paradoxical yesterday remains a reality today. The violinist and multi-instrumentalist Blanca Prieto embodies “The Structure” in this music, which oscillates between dark humor and rebellion.
Ines Marita is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brussels. Their work spans across poetry, performance, sound art and experimental music. They examine the ephemeral and versatile nature of words and voice, embodying words and wording the body, searching for the visceral, physical, but also the power, presence and performativity of the voice in the space, it's sculptural and psychological potential. They are particularly interested in sensibility and vulnerability as constitutive forces. Photo credit : Maurine Tric / Adagp, Paris 2024
