This new edition of Navigation invites you into an intimate landscape shaped by organic tones and harmonic resonances: the voice and percussion of ôpheleïa, like unexpected waves of poetry in rhythm, followed by the piano and dance of Antti Lähdesmäki, who will present his out-of-residency performance, weaving sound and movement into a single poetic gesture.
The night will conclude with a carefully curated lounge-style DJ set, offering a relaxed atmosphere in which guests can meet and converse with the artists and one another.

Artists
ôpheleïa
ôpheleïa (the remedy) is a new duo formed by La Zer (composition, text, multilayered vocals) and Leo Batuki (percussion, mbira, vocals, composition), carried by their eclectic musical loves such as Caroline Shaw, Aja Monet, Arthur Russell, Françis Bebey, Ann’Oaro, and many others. In Bring Me To Life, the set they will perform for the first time at the Bathyscaphe, they trace a powerful call to Life, filled with raw, smooth, tender, and unexpected harmonies, words, and rhythms.
Antti Lähdesmäki
Antti Lähdesmäki is a versatile pianist and composer known as a bandleader, big band composer and a sought-after band member for a variety of styles. His current projects include writing for UMO Helsinki Jazz Orchestra, the Brazilian-European trio Maré Alta which recently released its debut album and working on his next album ”I tried to tame the sea” to be released 2026.
